Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! Select local pickup upon checkout and you can pick up from our store anytime during store hours. We will send a pickup notification when your order has been fulfilled. Please bring your order number and a piece of ID. We also offer Canada wide shipping.
I’m a Vendor/Maker, how can I stock my product in your store?
We love supporting local businesses! We’re very mindful of what we carry in store. If you feel your products would fit the Change Is Good brand feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Can I volunteer?
Absolutely! There are tons of ways to get involved in what we're doing. We utilize volunteers in either our warehouse where our donations get sorted or in store. Sign up using our volunteer platform here.
Our return policy
Please keep in mind, all items on this website are previously owned in varying levels of wear and tear. However, we are committed to ensuring quality and will disclose any wear/tear on the item descriptions. Currently we can not accept debit returns.
Change Is Good Items
Items can be returned or exchanged with original receipt and tags attached within 14 business days. Once tags are removed or receipts not present, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Wholesale items can be returned within 14 business days, unused in original packaging with receipt. All skincare products are final sale.
All vendors and makers have chosen to abide by an all sales final policy.
At this time all items purchased on our website are final sale.
